Running a successful sewing group means that when someone asks to make something I have to research the item and then if I am teaching it make a sample. Hence here is my cottage. It is made as per the pattern which had been translated from French to English. It was not made in a way that I would construct a box but it worked out well.
The roof can be used as a pincushion. Of course I have not made mine exactly the same as the pattern. The front and sides have machine buttonholed appliqué pictures.
